How You Can Help:

• Event Setup/Breakdown: Assist with setting up booths, stages, signage, and other event infrastructure before the festival begins, and help with cleanup and breakdown afterward.
• Guest Services: Welcome attendees, provide information about festival activities and attractions, and ensure guests have a positive experience throughout the event.
• Vendor Assistance: Support vendors with setup, logistics, and any additional needs they may have during the festival.
• Stage Management: Assist performers and speakers backstage, coordinate stage schedules, and ensure smooth transitions between acts.
• Marketing/Promotion: Help distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials before the festival to raise awareness and attract attendees.
• Photography/Videography: Capture memorable moments and highlights of the festival to document and share with the community.
